Dear Friends and Partners,

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. III John v.2  We are thankful for the many friends that God has allowed us to meet and we are grateful to all those who have partnered with us financially and prayerfully. It is our desire and prayer that each and everyone of you may know what is the hope of His calling, and experience the riches of the glory of His inheritance in Christ Jesus.
We have many things to be thankful for such as God’s grace, His daily provision, our health, and safety on the roads, as we have traveled several thousand miles in the last 2 months. One instance of God’s protection is when we were traveling to a meeting in Rockingham, NC and our van started leaking oil on top of the Diesel Turbo this could have resulted in a fire, but God allowed us to make it home where we were able to fix it. Another example of the protecting hand of God can be seen in our return from Texas on the 23rd of October. We were traveling on interstate 81 headed for Roanoke, VA in heavy rain and low visibility and we saw 11 car accidents in which the vehicles were totaled. Clearly God had his hand on us cause we made it home without a scratch.
God has allowed us to meet several good men of God that are having some difficulties and we pray that we have been a blessing to them. We would like to ask specific prayer for Pastor Russell Edwards and his wife. Please lift them before God knowing that The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.. James 5:16b
We are still planning to take the whole family on a survey trip to Ghana in May of next year. We would appreciate your prayers concerning this endeavor. It will cost around $8000 for the whole family to go and we know that God will supply the funds to do so if it is His will.
I want to close this letter by encouraging our readers with the words of the apostle Paul Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.. 1Corinthians 15:58

May God bless all of you as you serve our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ,

Bro. John and Family
